Ariama Okeoghene Andrew, a Delta born artiste has shared how he started his Art business.

Andrew, in an interview with Supreme Corner Blog on Thursday, August 27 said that he started acquiring Art skills from scratch since it wasn’t innate in him.

The Urhobo born said that he studied Fine and Applied Arts from the Delta state university, Abraka.

His interest in Arts developed afterwards as a student which convinced him to choose painting as his area of specialization.

Andrew who has not regretted his decision after graduation, informed that he has unveiled his own studio located in Lagos.

Speaking on what motivated his decision to be his own boss in the Art industry, he said that it will encourage other artists to have inspirational guides to produce their own original works.

He said, ‘’My studio exhibits drawings and paintings. The studio gives all artists inspirational guides to create art pieces. My studio is in Lagos.’’

Andrew added that his target market is the general public especially those interested in good art works.

Narrating his challenges since inception of his business, the artist said, ‘’Currently the studio is small but looking forward to making it a bigger shot.’’

Speaking on his future plans for studio, Andrew said ‘’there are lots of exhibitions I would love to participate in, that’s the game for all artists. Exhibition plays a good role.

‘’ I will also love to go for exhibitions abroad and study more.

He advised his fellow artists especially the younger ones to believe that everything is possible they put their minds on it.
